On Campus Dual Enrollment Agreement
Upon Submission of this form, you agree to the following.
1) I understand USC Lancaster Dual Enrollment Students are expected to abide by the University of South Carolina's Academic Integrity Policy and should be aware of all other university policies that apply to regularly admitted students.

2) I understand no registrations will be made without the form submission or before acceptance into the program.

3) I understand if I need a list of courses that will count for both college and high school credit, I will need to check with my guidance counselor before making my selections. I am ultimately responsible for making sure that I have enough high school credits to graduate.

4) I understand Dual Enrollment students who enroll in USC Lancaster online or in person courses follow the same academic calendar as traditional USC Lancaster students, including all add/drop and withdrawal dates listed.

5) I understand Dual Enrollment Students are responsible for the full cost of tuition and fees for courses they take while attending the university. Dual Enrollment students are charged a lower rate for Dual Enrollment classes ($75 per credit hour. Each class is 3 credits.)

Some may qualify for Lottery Tuition Assistance Program (LTAP) funding to help meet this expense. In order to qualify you must be:

- A South Carolina Resident
- United States Citizen or eligible non-citizen
- Be enrolled in at least 6 credit, may enroll in 15 hours each semester (not encouraged with additional high school courses).

What Lottery Tuition (LTAP) does not cover, Dual Enrollment students are responible FOR the full cost of tuition and fees.  This may include but is not limited to:

- Books, Supplies, Lab Kits, Parking and Fees required for each class. Lottery Tuition does not cover this expense.
- If you decide to drop a course and it places you below 6 hours you will no longer be eligible for LTAP and you will owe a balance at that time.
- A grade of W (withdrawn) does not cancel the tuition and fee charged.

I understand and agree to all items numbered 1-5 above.
